Browse all 97 Paradores currently mapped in Paradores Atlas. Compare historic castles, monasteries, palaces, regional inns and modern landscape stays; search by property, city or place, then open any Parador for maps, nearby stays and room availability.
Spain’s Paradores range from medieval castles and former monasteries to palaces, regional buildings and modern properties chosen for exceptional settings. The point of the Atlas is to make those differences useful when planning a trip: a Parador can be a destination, a base for exploring a region, or the next stop in a longer route.
Use the filters below to compare properties across Spain. Search recognizes property names, regions, architecture and stored location/address information. For a more geographic view, use the interactive map; for route ideas, browse Journeys.
Architecture is one of the easiest ways to narrow the collection. Castles and monasteries put the building itself at the center of the stay; regional and modern Paradores are often more about landscape, location and the rhythm of a road trip.

There is no single “best” Parador. The right choice depends on whether you want the building itself to be the destination, a memorable base in a historic city, or a quieter stop that makes a longer route through Spain work better.
Castles, monasteries, convents and palaces are the classic Parador experience. In places such as Granada, León, Cardona, Sigüenza and Santiago, the architecture is inseparable from the stay and usually deserves more than a quick overnight.
Coastal, mountain and countryside Paradores can be just as rewarding without occupying a monumental building. They are often the best choices when scenery, hiking, beaches or a slower driving day matter more than another historic-city stop.
Galicia, Castile and León, Andalusia and Extremadura have enough Paradores to form a trip of their own. Start with the Regions guide, then use the Atlas map to see which properties connect naturally.
The Atlas currently maps 97 Paradores across Spain. We continue to reconcile the collection as properties, operating status and booking information change.
Use the interactive Atlas map when geography matters most. On this page, search by a city, place, region or Parador name, or filter by region and architecture.
Where a verified external booking link is available, the Check availability action opens the corresponding property and its availability section. Booking and payment are completed on the external booking website, not on Paradores Atlas.
