Regional Menu

Enjoy the best seafood in the area.
We recommend the exquisite Mediterranean fish and rice dishes featured in Almeria's cuisine, as well as local specialties: arroz a la garruchera (rice with vegetables), a hake dish known as amarillo de pescado en cuajadera, rabbit with gurullos (grains of pasta), cuajadera de sepia (baked cuttlefish with potatoes and onions), red prawns from Garrucha, pearly razorfish (seasonal) and John Dory. And for dessert, crema mojaquera (custard cream).

Our lunch buffet will open June 14, featuring seafood, fish, meat and new this year, sardine kebabs.
