ABOUT PARADORES ATLAS

An independent guide
built around the map.

Paradores Atlas is a map-first travel guide to Spain’s Paradores. It is designed to help travelers understand where the properties are, what makes them different, and how individual stays can connect into a wider journey through Spain.

97Paradores currently mapped in the Atlas
18Spanish regions and territories represented
1Independent guide — not the official Paradores site

Why Paradores Atlas exists

A conventional accommodation directory makes it difficult to understand how Spain’s Paradores relate to one another geographically. Paradores Atlas starts with place. The map lets you move through Spain visually, while property pages add architecture, regional context, nearby stays and booking links.

The goal is not to reproduce the official Paradores website. It is to create an independent planning layer focused on discovery: where should you go, what kind of Parador suits the trip, and what could come next?

01 · EDITORIAL

Independent travel information

Property descriptions, regional context, journey ideas and site organization are prepared independently for Paradores Atlas. We aim to make the collection easier to research and compare while clearly separating our editorial content from third-party booking services.

02 · BOOKING

External booking links

Where available, Paradores Atlas provides affiliate links to an external booking provider for property maps and room availability. Reservations, prices, payments, cancellations and customer support are handled by that provider under its own terms. Portugal Online Corp may receive compensation from qualifying affiliate transactions at no additional cost to the traveler.

03 · OPERATOR

Portugal Online Corp

Paradores Atlas is operated by Portugal Online Corp, a U.S.-based travel company with long-running destination websites focused on Portugal and Spain. The Atlas is an independent information product and is not operated by, endorsed by, or presented as the official website of Paradores de Turismo de España.
