Regional Menu

Do not leave the Parador without tasting a good fabada. It is its main dish. I also recommend you to taste the Crab cream, hake prepared with hard cider, Asturian-style beef sirloin with a cabrales blue cheese sauce, and a selection of cheeses from Austurias.
