This exclusive setting has 16 meeting halls of different capacities, reaching capacities of more than 600 people. In addition, it is equipped with a full set of state-of-the-art technical and audiovisual devices.

There are the roasts that, slowly cooked in their oven, are served tender and crunchy according to the norms of Castilian cuisine, the judiones (large beans), the delicious trout with firm meat, the marzipan and egg yolk liquor cake or the famous raspberries.
